Description :
Axis Bank online Test Engine is a dot net web application built for the
screening test for axis bank recruitment programme. The test is designed
to be very flexible on various aspects like configurable test time, date,
number of questions in each section and subsections, level of question
paper served to various category of candidates. In the user end the
candidate can shuffle between questions as well as sections increasing the
flexibility of the test. Administrator can add users to batches check and
export scores view create batches, bulk import users .The user login and
test start are time restricted..
Responsibilities:
. Used N-tier architecture for presentation layer,Form based
Authentication, Role Based Authorization, the Business and Data Access
Layers and were coded using C#.
. Used Ajax extender 2.0 controls like html editor, timer, update
progress,Animation extender,
File upload, Accordion,Model Pop up Extender and others.
. Designing Database and Written stored procedures using SQL in SQL SERVER
2008.
. Developed Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for User Interface uniformity
throughout the application.

Description :
TMI is helping Axis in recruiting people for different positions
right from Executive level till Top Management. Recruitment Process has
been divided in to three stages: pre-Offer, Offer & Post- Offer.
In Pre-Offer, HR fills in the details of various eligible candidates
through an online form, schedule those candidate for Written Test and
Interview simultaneously. HR also keeps on updating results in-between,
wherever required. Once the candidate gets selected, Offer is issued to
him.
In Post-Offers, After the Offer is accepted by the candidate, he undergoes
medical test & background verification. As soon as candidate clears them,
he is asked to upload his Resignation Letter and is also asked to download
his Joining Kit. On the day of Joining, candidate is supposed to present
his downloaded Joining Kit. All this process is handled through a web
portal
