United States Marine Corps Recruiter (November 2011-Present)

Expert in utilizing time management

Experience in marketing and sales; prospecting for qualified applicants which include cold calling lists and area canvassing, and setting appointments from both activities.

Utilizing PowerPoint and conducting interviews to present sales presentations about the lifestyle in the United States Marine Corps.

Lightweight Counter Mortar Radar Team Leader (LCMR) (Okinawa, Japan/Camp Pendleton, CA) October 2006-October 2011

Managed up to a team of 30 Marines whom were the operators of the LCMR from the Northern border of Afghanistan, to the Southern border.

Responsible for preparing the radar equipment, power generators and associated equipment for movement and operation in the field or on deployment status.

Experience in telecommunications, responsible for the laying of communications wire, installing and operating field telephones and updating encryption software for communications via personal computers and field radios.

Ensure proper daily preventive maintenance at the operator’s level is conducted

Ensure the accountability of all gear associated with over 10 LCMR through Stock List Level 3 (SL-3),

Each LCMR with all of it’s gear and equipment is worth over 10 million dollars in which I managed 15 LCMR systems, and managed 30 Marines.

I have successfully completed 3 combat tours; Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2007 and 2009 and Operation Enduring Freedom in 2010. 2 of 3 deployments I have received personal awards for outstanding service.
