Area Manager
• Responsible for all operations concerning manufacturing components needed in the tire building
process including scheduling, preventative maintenance, and product uniformity within required
specifications.
• Implemented visual FIFO tag system to ensure components are consumed in the correct order
reducing component waste by 30%. Involved in problem solving teams to address other ways to
reduce waste and lower costs.

brought the team from third to first overall in production out of four teams.
