> Lead the team of 3 Engineer/ 3 Electrician/ 4 Helper for O&M of 5MW Solar

Project in Tivari (Jodhpur) Rajasthan.

> Knowledge about O&M Of Power Plant, HT & LT cable lines and Transmission.

> Responsible for all shift operations in Solar Power Plant.

> Maintain the site requirement of material coordinate with purchase

section.

> Preparing & presenting various daily/weekly/monthly reports pertaining to

operations & productivity.

> Looking both DC and AC part, fault finding in each section of the plant.

> Knowledge about Switch Gears, Transformers and Invertors.

> SCADA analysis as per daily basis.

> Worked in project for Installing & commissioning of new SE-SCHMID (Cell

> Responsible for all aspect of production planning, materials/stock

control, administering the maintenance of equipment, production area and

co-ordination of manufacturing.

> Making the supervisory on weekly basis & working in close coordination

with the management to develop a process for Bottom performance

Management.

> Apply various lean manufacturing tools (SMED, KANBAN, POKA YOKE, 5S,

KAIZEN) for process improvement.
