Experience in the architectural, electrical and mechanical engineering field.

Responsibilities included all phases of Schematic site design, space planning, of

Educational, Office/ Retail, Hospital and Manufacturing facilities. Coordination of all

approval in the initial phase of the project.

Clients include “BP Arco”,”Chevron”,and “Shell Oil Company .

Provide a complete set of Construction Documents for approval by local City and

other governing authorities. Responsible for implementing and complying with

LEED design requirement and assessments for approvals of a variety of new

building projects. Supervise drafting staff and delegate drafting and related work

assignments. Comprehensive engineering coordination and construction

document checking. Coordinate building designs for new projects. Provided

research and design development drawings for all buildings designated for new

site facilities. Manage all phases of the Requests for Information and Final
