1. Project: Mason Company, US (Jan'13 to till date)
Description: The project has three modules which are implementing from
scratch. Currently requirement gathering & Initial POC phases are
going on for all the modules. The implementation has Marketing, Order
& Pricing and UCM modules.
The client has various channels to sell their in-house products
through online, fax, call and postal.
Role:
o Leading a module for marketing.
o Handling the client interactions for requirement gathering
phase.
o Working on POC for client demo on various customizable
functionalities.
o Also involve in product management activities (solution
designing as per the requirement)

Description: The client is one of the leading company for movie
distribution in US. The implemented application has three modules,
Marketing, Loyalty and UCM.
Siebel implementation is integrated with social sites to get data
through UCM. UCM is first entry point in Siebel to get the data from
the various social sites.
Role:
o Worked in Marketing and Loyalty modules.

3. Project: Government Unit - Abu Dhabi, Fujitsu Pune/Abu Dhabi (Jan-2011
to Present)
Description: The Siebel Public Sector application for Case and
Services Management helps client to manage its Case and Services
records efficiently. The Application has been integrated with .Net,
Java, BPM etc systems through ESB middleware. The application is also
integrated with another CRM system to synchronized real time case
management records with attachments.
Three modules implementations, one CTI and two integrations are going-
on. I have been involved with Client for CTI technical implementation
discussion (Architecture discussion, CTI - Avaya implementation
features etc).
I also have been involved in Client discussion, feasibility of
implementation, technical document preparation, technical
implementation and end to end testing for the integration modules.
Role:
o Handled Functional part for CTI and Integration modules.
o Done the technical implementation for the integration modules.
o Involved in technical feasibility for implementation of all the
three modules.
o Given presentation on CTI - AVAYA features to client.
o Handling the client meetings for the modules.
o Also handling four junior resources to complete the works related to

modules to manage and update claim details of the customers. During
records creation in Siebel through interfaces also uses the eMail
Integration and Assignment Manager for assigning records to suitable
agents and performs some business related activities.

compatible with all version of Siebel.
LLD: Provide the low level description of Siebel configuration objects
that helps to analyse the changes of objects.

software to maintain track record of Siebel Object changes.
