09/06-05/31/2013 Corporate Comptroller, Region 3 South America

DUFRY SOUTH AMERICA,INC. (worldwide Swiss company)

. Participate in the due diligence process of acquisition of

a subsidiary.

. Provide financial information of the travel retail

operation in South America and the United States.

. Perform variance analysis, justifications and ratios.

. Issue GAAP and IFRS reporting; consolidate related

entities, timely prepare Monthly financial statements,

forecasted cash flows, inventory turnover analysis,

productivity and various management reports. Prepare

budgets and establish internal control for various

operations of the business.

. Directly supervise 6 employees, including team building

projects and performance reviews.
