To Whom So Ever It May Concern
Kulsum has been part of my team for the past 2 years and I had the opportunity to observe her very closely
across this time. Kulsum is someone who has grown from within the team and began to manage people
very early in her career. She lead from the front and ear ned the respect of her peers and reports by never
losing focus of the core parts of the job and also by being readily available for her team. In addition to this,
Kulsum used to represent the India team in our global team meetings and these are typically m eetings
which have people from across offices and those exposed to different cultures. She always did a good job of
representing the team and is very confident of her work. Finally, she was the only person from a 200 strong
team to be sent our Dublin office to help set up and ramp the team and expectedly, did great there too!
I whole heartily recommend Kulsum for any role she takes up and am confident she will do well there too.
Thanks and Regards,
Anand Nair
