Sr. P roject Manager
I was hired to manage and improve the schedule of the Humanities building that had
slipped almost a year in its construction schedule due to a couple of prime contractors
having gone into bankruptcy – a multi-prime project, 3-story, 90-MSF Humanities building
w ith Loop Road Extension, Parking Lot, and Site Improvements including an Athletics &
Aquatics project. I was the 2nd p roject manager assigned to the Humanities building, Loop
Road extension & Parking Lot, and Site Improvements portion of the overall project. I
s tarted when structural steel was partially erected and SOG-concrete was partially
i nstalled. The Humanities building is the only project remaining to be completed and will
be tu rned over to the District for occupancy in May.

P roject M anager/P roject Superintendent
I was hired as a project manager and was assigned H HCI’s ‘troubled project’, Amphibious
Assault HQ Modernization, Camp Pendleton Mar ine Base, which I found to be in a state of
poor management and quality of workmanship, behind schedule and facing liquidated
damages. The building with no roof encountered storm damage and required mold
abatement. I completed the project to the government’s pre-final punch list.
