Position Description – Die Caster, running the die cast machine to make good products in a good timely manner. Trim
Machine Operator, trimming parts from the die cast machine to be shipped. Set up, tearing down machines for next
production run which includes, removing casting die, trim die, all components to run the die, then put in next production die,
which includes new cast die, trim die, programming machines exp. Ladle, sprayer, extractor. S.M.E.D Team Leader, took
classes through the company to learn how to single minute exchange of the dies I was putting in by keeping organization
following procedure and how to cut the time of a setup in half, finding ways to be faster. Die Prep, tear down cast and trim
dies, to the blocks, cleaning them, cutting new pins if needed, checking water lines, oil lines to make sure lines were easy
flowing through cavities. Smelting, melting metal to go to the machines, controlling the temperature of the furnaces,
oxidizing each pour when going in to individual furnaces by die cast machines, timing each pour out so the individual do not
get low. With all of the positions I have learned to make quality products for customers. Some CNC Router Experience

transferred metal/materials to production areas, gave breaks, ran different machines, ran different equipment every day,
including fork lift, bob cat, front end loader, rebuilt furnaces, took temperatures and samples of metal.
