. Worked in INDIA (NGO) and along with COCA COLA in CSR Project as field

staff for Total Sanitation Project sponsored by COCA COLA and DRDA

(District Rural Development Agency). Duration (1 April 2010 to 31

March 2011)

. Worked in DON BOSCO ANBU ILLAM as Project Coordinator for Caring

Community Project (YaR Young at Risk) from (1-April 2011 to September

2012).

MY ACHIEVEMENT AS TEAM:

. Have conducted many cultural events like Dance and Plays for college

day in Mar Gregorios college.

. Conducted program in the name of BALAUTSOV for around 450 street

children with lot of games, entertainment and made them to expose their

talents.

. Have conducted seminar in the name of SYNERGETICS under different

topics like "Why Fear, When Rights Here?" and on "Fulminating Economic

Crisis-Impact on Social Arena"

. Have participated in many events like seminar on "Juvenile Justice Care

and Protection and Children Act2006".

. Have participated in seminar on "The Current Global Crisis".

. Have participated in State level seminar on "Food Security &

Sustainable Livelihoods"

. Have participated in seminar on "Promoting Social Entrepreneur among

INDIVIDUAL ACHIEVEMENTS:

. Have won the Best Actor Award in Street Theater (SPANDAN-08) conducted

by BANYAN.

. Have won First Prize in Mime conducted in college.

. Took in charge as a cultural head in rural camp and conducted many

cultural events like street theater, dance and some entertainment and

awareness program for children and for the community people.

. I was the captain for cricket team in Mar Gregorios college.

FIELD WORK EXPERIENCE

SEMESTER 1:

ARUWE, (NGO) working for Old Age Home for women in Ayyanivaram

Chennai,

ACTIVITIES DONE:

IN CHARGE FOR DROP IN CENTER

The trainee took in charge of picking the homeless children and school

drop outs from that area and took class according to their age group.

The trainee took many case studies about the old age people and also

for the children who attends tuition in the NGO.

SEMESTER 2:

WORLD VISION NEW HOPE ADP Self Help Group

ACTIVITIES DONE:

The trainee took many case studies with the members of self help group

to know about the socio economic condition of the members.

Took many case work with the people who have been de addicted

from drugs.

And also maintained the minute's book and also participated in many

meetings conducted by world vision in various places.

SEMESTER 3:

INSTITUTE OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT Integrated Sanitary project

(ISP).

ACTIVITIES DONE:

The trainee took in charge in visiting the entire public toilet

constructed under ISP.

And conducted meeting for the toilet users and also had meeting about

health and hygiene.

And also organized meeting for the self help group members to

maintain the toilet.

And made two ISP toilets to put into use with good condition.

SEMESTER 4:

INDIAN COMMUNITY WELFARE ORGANISATION (ICWO) MSM Project

ACTIVITIES DONE:

The field work trainee did documentation for condom distribution,

listing out the newly identified MSM.

The trainee was involved in sending proposal for all international

funding agencies.

Trainee assisted in all events conducted by the organization.

MAIN THESIS

A comparative study on the effectiveness of MNREGA (Mahatma Gandhi National

Rural Employment Guarantee Act 2005) implemented in Siruvanur and

Thirupachur panchayat of Poondi block in Thiruvallur district
