Job Activity:

In Running Unit

Responsible for condition monitoring of the plant which consist of Turbine CEP, BFP,GSC, ID,FD & PA Fans, pumps, compressors etc.

All fan PM activity & running defect carry out.

Ash cooler fan, Gland steam extraction fan, impecter, PA Fan, etc. unbalanced that fan balancing using single plane with vector chart.

All fan daily monitoring like oil level, any leakage, temperature etc.

In Shutdown Unit

Check bearing condition of ID, FD, and PA Fan according to vibration spectrum analysis.

Check ID fan impeller blade condition due to ash accumulation and erosion.

All fan overhauling activities carried out.

Checking damper condition of all fan.

Checking Lube oil system if require filter replacing.

All fan alignment check if misalignment correction done.

Make schedule & Complete all Unit Preventive Maintenance as per schedule.

Planning of Preventive Maintenance & Event Base Maintenance in IFS Application(PR,MMR,etc.)

In Shutdown Unit
