submitted by CONTRACTOR for comments and ensures compliance to all
project technical requirements.
. Ensure all Inspection personnel comply with International and client

. Conducting Welding Procedure Qualification Test, Welder Qualification,
Welding Electrodes Qualification Tests
. Verify Installation is in accordance with relevant Project Specification
and Drawing prior to offer to Client
. Responsible for the approval of ITP, NDT Plan, Concession Requests,
Technical Queries, Project Procedures, As Built drawing, review the
final dossier and Project Inspectors.
. Ensure that the Project Quality System is fully implemented on site.
. Approved CV of QC Personnel and undertake in-house audit of the work
processes.
. Reporting directly to the QA/QC Corporate Manager, Client
Representative. Supervises the contractor Inspectors and liaise with
Contractor's QC Supervisor/Manager regarding quality matters.
. Monitor all the Inspection and Fabrication activities.
. Ensuring that all tests and inspections have been done and fabrication
complies with project specification, AWS D1.1 and ABS rules of NDT.
. Review/witness NDT i.e. MPI, UT, vacuum box testing and review
radiograph after the final review of ABS surveyor.
. Carrying out QC surveillance in the fabrication of Structural, Piping
and Mechanical Accessories.
. Witness pre erection/assembly and full assembly of the all structure,
piping, mechanicals jobs.
. Witness the qualification of WPS, welder Qualification test and PQR.
. Supervises the Quality Control functions/activities of a project or its
parts, including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection
of Quality Records.
