Tenant Planning Services – Production Design Coordinator

Oversee general day to day operations of the production staff. Worked directly with
Project Managers budgeting hours, time/cost analysis reports, requested insurance
certificates/lien waivers, submitted plans to building department, manage and track
submittals/permits, update project profile logs and coordinating photo shoots. Duties also
included, generating job numbers, purchase orders and updated change orders into the system. I
maintained all job files and prepared all jobs for closeout, including reconciling and billing. I was
responsible for creating marketing plans for real estate brokers, lease exhibits, updating demised
area plans, reflected ceiling plans, demolition plans and as built plans in AutoCAD. I also assisted
with furniture and finish selections, field measurements and site verifications. Developed
relationships with manufactures reps, prepared finish boards and binders for clients, maintained
resource library and order samples when needed.

My main objective as sales coordinators centers on planning, scheduling, controlling and
tracking the progress of all projects, placing orders, checking inventory, coordinating with
sales/production, following up with vendors, and updating information in the system. I offered
graphic design support in assisting with advertising and the maintenance of the company website.
I assisted sales staff with product research, budgetary pricing, and proposals. When needed I
created furniture layouts & specifications per customer requirements and created presentation/
finish boards.

I provided administrative support to the CEO of this upscale residential design store. I was
responsible for planning and coordinating all purchases made for multiple store locations,
meetings, conference calls and travel arrangements; as well as assisting with HR and advertising
decisions, and creating the company’s new web site. My administrative duties also included
reviewing and processing all purchase orders, invoicing and balancing daily sales reports.
Additionally, I provided in store and at home consulting services to clients and I was responsible
for all the model home designs.
