99 Washington Street, New York
. Managed the development of a $48 million dollar, 176,000 sqft, 425
guestroom, out of the ground, 50 story hotel in lower Manhattan.
Construction included 24" diameter caissons, anchored into bedrock,
with a 5' thick mat slab foundation, and a poured concrete
superstructure, on a three day pour cycle.

White Plains, New York
Site Superintendent
Riverside Health Center, 160 West 100th Street
. Directed a $20 million, Alt 1 renovation of the Department of
Health building for DDC, (Department of Design and Construction).
Building includes a new 3rd floor steel and concrete addition, as
well as excavating 800sqft for an addition to the existing cellar,
including underpinning, new grade beams, retaining walls, and
areaways. Scope also includes the construction of a new 4 story
staircase, and new double cab elevator, complete exterior masonry
restoration, and a state of the art Brise Soleil.
385 West 12th Street, New York
. Managed the daily activities of an eight story, $21 million new
building. Building includes twelve high end units ranging from
2,700 - 5,500 sq. ft., with a pool and Jacuzzi on the roof.

Field Operations
344 West 14th Street, New York
. Directed a $4.2 million renovation of a 6-story residential
building. Construction includes total gut of cellar and 1st floor,
including a 3,000 sqft, 2-story rear extension and the removal of
210 linear feet of load bearing walls to allow for two new 3,300
sq. ft. retail spaces. Construction also included extensive
renovations to eight upstairs apartments.
156 Prince Street, New York
. Managed the Alt 1 renovations of 9 apartments, as well as common
areas, fire egress and mechanical space in an occupied 7 story
building. Day to day, on site management was required for the
construction and tenant aspects of this project.
The Gem Hotel, Chelsea, New York
. Managed a $7.4 million renovation of a 7-story, 81-room boutique
hotel. Renovations included the construction of a new penthouse,
water heater room and an elevator machine room. Structural steel
included new elevator shaft and two new interior staircases. The
ground floor is two thirds retail space and one third hotel lobby.
Construction included the removal of 110 linear feet of load
bearing walls, replaced by new steel columns and beams to allow for
the retail space to have more square feet.
U.E.S. Renovations, New York
. Oversaw and managed over six general contractors and an in-house
team for the gut and cosmetic renovations of over 200 apartments on
the Upper East Side of Manhattan.

. Owner's Representative on a new 16-story building consisting of
triplex and duplex condominiums at 985 Park Avenue. Coordinated
and implemented buyer's selections and upgrades.

. Managed a simultaneous construction of two 22-story luxury high
rise condominium development with a $5.2 million plumbing package.
The towers share common hardscape with the first two levels as
parking with an additional three levels of parking attached.
High Point Place I & II / City Homes I & II, Fort Myers FL
. Managed construction of two 32-story luxury high rise condominium
development, with 18 townhome units for a combined $6.5 million
plumbing package. The four separate buildings share a common
hardscape with the first three levels as a parking garage.

. Directed a large-scale infrastructure replacement for an $8
million, 60,000 square foot renovation of a 57-bed critical care
healthcare facility.

large diameter chilled water piping, associated steam/hot water
piping, and a comprehensive air distribution system for use in a
hospital environment.
