Experienced with most types of CNC equipment to include mills, lathes, and
Summary of combination mill / turn centers. Also experienced with most common manual/ tool
room machines found in a job shop such as Bridgeport mills, engine lathes,
qualifications
grinders, drill presses, and saws. Have worked around most all phases and duties,
from bottom to top, common in a small machine shop environment. I have always
been upwardly mobile in the mfg. environments I have been a part of and
integrated myself into the roles of key personnel and or management staffs. I
started at the bottom driving a forklift and sweeping the floor, transitioned to CNC
programming, machine setup, and then on to supervision, training, coordinating
ideas, technical applications, machine purchases, R&D, CAD / CAM, design, tool
room / tool making, inspection / quality control, customer relations, job estimating,
business marketing, trade shows, web site maintenance, and general shop
management. Other notes of interest include experience and training working in an
ISO certified and AS9100 certified environment, and also working in an FDA
registered facility. I have been around aerospace and medical machining most of
my career.
