maintaining all machining centers in both

well as dealing with any personnel issues. Work with
logistics to schedule workflow and time lines for

Generate all NC programs needed to manufacture sidewall
ring portion of a tire mold. Run verification software to
check for accuracy of NC programs. Skilled use of Camax,

Machine time as well as reduce programming time. Developed
sidewall ring programming process for four new 5-axis
mills. Develop new programming methods to increase tool
life and improve surface finish. Worked with tooling dept
to develop new tooling. Resource on green belt project to
reduce scrap through out our whole machining process.
Trouble shoot any software issues as well as issues with
the controllers on the machining centers. Train machine
operators on any new process changes.
