I am a lean manufacturing/industrial engineering professional who is experienced in the classical I.E. tools and
trained in the Toyota Production System. I have determined and documented SOP's; used CAD for plant,
departmental, and work station design & layouts; developed and taught lean training programs;
prepared, led, and documented lean events. I have prepared and managed budgets. My experience
also includes working with Q/C and Safety Managers to ensure work methods and processes are
designed to enhance the quality and safety aspects. I have worked closely with sales, customer
service, purchasing, and customers in drafting cost analysis of new products. My degrees are: BS in
Business Administration, 2 AAS degrees, Industrial Management & Industrial Engineering.
Consulting experience has enabled me to hone the ability to relate with all associates in an
organization

specialized training exercise at R-Anell that illustrates the basis of lean principles that
has been shared with other modular companies and has been sent to the University Of
Melbourne, Australia.

operation. I directed the supervisors, oversaw the operation of the entire plant and
coordinated the production requirements with sales and the materials ordering with
purchasing.
Team Management: An experienced and effective leader with the ability to
communicate across all levels, appropriately allocate resources and delegate
responsibilities in order to maximize productivity and increase morale.
