Experience in construction/conversion phase of FPSO / FDPSO, Sea Trials, Class Surveys,

Commissioning, Start-up Operations, Operations & Shutdown Planning, Completion, Hook-up,

Integrated Safe System Of Work, PMS and PTW.

Experience in witness inspection carried out by conversion contractor to ensure the marine repair

life extension are built to approved drawings and construction. Interact and engage with other

Engineering disciplines, operations, QA,HSE and other support team to ensure the decisions and

activities are in progress base on full knowledge of pertinent issues with a multi-national

employees working on Upstream and Downstream environment.

Experience on a 2 Stroke Cycle Engines ranging from 350 to 900 mm bore main propulsion

Marine Diesel Engines Man /B&W series MC/MCE, SULZER series RTA,RLB,RND,

Mitsubishi-UEC- LS & H series, M.A.K., Kawasaki-M.A.N., Mirrless Black Stone,Deutz,

PTO Shaft Generators, PTO HPP pumping units for cargo system.

Experience on 4 Stroke Cycle Engines for generators Marine Diesel Engines Man/B&W Holeby

series, Waartsila, Daihatsu, Yanmar, Deutz, Cummins, Ssangyong and Bergen Diesel.

Responsible in Managing the System & Sub-system activities on the process of utility system as

directed by the OIM. Provide support for any crew installation activity to ensures that corporate

and local Health, Safety, Security and Environmental policies & regulations are applied on all

activities. Develop and implement Job Safety Analysis & Risk assessment. Arrange daily job

plan to discipline Marine/Mechanical Technician Team as per Plan Maintenance system (PMS)

for mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic system. Implement Permit responsibilities as describe

in PTW procedures & attend daily PTW meetings to coordinate and discuss progress report on

any systems activity. Provide updated report to OIM in a daily/weekly basis and advise issues

that needs to be resolved and closed. Review systems, sub-system boundary drawings. Review

equipment spare parts inventory to ensure adequate supply and spares for non stop an continuous

operation.Trained and develop to upgrade Marine/Mechanical Tech. Team skills and capability to

ensure their competency and reliability. Provide technical advise applicable for the

implementation of maintenance and failure analysis. Monitors equipments logs to ensures

operating standards and maintenance are met. Participate in Hazop and Safety relative reviews.

Perform task allocated for Emergency Response Team. Raise required MSR and Review/rewrite

TWI's JHA and relevant Department procedures.

Responsible for Maintenance of all power generation and equipment both on marine and top

side. Attend and witness inspection carried out by the conversion contractor to ensure the marine

repair life extension are built to approved drawings and construction. Continued seeking to add

value in the development on both actual facilities design and process as per specification.

Captured lesson learnt and best practices from the past and existing projects and feed back to

Engineering. Assist in the identification and management of the project and progress mitigation

measures as necessary. Apply the implementation of project principles and Engineering quality

guide lines with in the discipline areas. Interact and engage with other Engineering disciplines,

operations, QA,HSE and other support team to ensure the decisions and activities are in progress

base on full knowledge of pertinent issues. Understanding of permit to work (PTW) procedure

for Integrated Safe System of Work(ISSOW) and Integrated Control Safety System(ICSS).

Overseeing and monitoring control of process equipment thru ICSS and other panels. Ensuring

safe and efficient operation of process facilities. Reporting of deficiencies and malfunctioning

equipment to the Maintenance Superintendent Assist in the phase of testing and commissioning

of topsides and utility system, ESD,F&G system. Start-Up and commissioning procedure, loop

check, punch list,tri-party walk and associated paper work, mark-up drawings that have been

updated correctly and filed for the records in future reference.
