IN PROJECT DEPT:-

• Handling Projects from raising a P.O. till closure.

• Project Planning towards finalization of Equipment layout of heat treatment furnace/ coal handling plant/ coal gasification plant /ETP

• Erection & commissioning of API line, coal handling plant, coating plant & coal gasification plant.

• Preparation of Equipment specification, Bill of martial. Preparation and Approval of Equipment layout and drawings.

• Fabrication, Erection & Commissioning of Structural Items like Columns, Gantry Girders, Trusses and other accessories like Cooling Conveyor, Cooling Beds, Hydrotester,Band Saw Machines and Buck on Machines, Auto bundling m/c.

• Define the process and setting parameters to be used in the regular production.

• Maintain the process flow and production activities of heat treatments, CNC, NDT, Hydro testing, Coating & Finishing of API grade Casing & tube
