OBJECTIVE

To Seek full time employment in Welding Technology, Robotic Programming, and Automation.

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

Expierience with FANUC and ABB robots manually jogging robots and manually stepping

robots through a routine/Program and general troubleshooting of robot faults. Re-teaching

welds, touching up or modifying positions, shimming weld fixtures. General PLC operations I

have experience Tig welding a variety of metals and thicknesses.I also have experience in Arc,

Mig,Gas Welding/brass brazing, Brazing copper refrigerant lines. Experience with chop saws,

ban saws, and plasma cutters over head crane. Basic fabrication, basic mechanical skills.

Experience with wiring and use of basic wiring tools. I own my own set of tools and toolbox.

HiLo and scissor lift license I am ambitious, eager, motivated, willing to learn, and willing to do

what is expected of me to the best of my abilities.

Robotic weld maintenance, repair, trouble shooting, Fanuc and ABB Robots navigate

routines/programs, manually jog robots, teach welds, touch up or modify positions, shim weld

fixtures, adjust or replace proximity switches. General PLC operations.

Tech. Helper

Phoenix Refrigeration, Grand Rapids, MI

05/2012 to 09/2012

Commercial Refrigeration maintenance and repair, clean coils, change filters, change belts.

Assist with installation or repairs of refrigeration components, and refrigerant lines. Drive

company vehicle to pick up and drop off parts, fill out all required paperwork.

Mig/Tig welder/ Fabricator

Mammoth Inc., Holland, MI

10/2010 to 07/2011

Tig welding 14 to 20 gauge 304 stainless steel, galvanized steel, and copper tubing. I used

these materials to make drain pans used for collecting condensation in HVAC units. Also

fabricate structural steel bases for large HVAC units using a ban saw, and MIG welder. Daily

use of chop saws and some occasional Arc welding. Occaisonal Refrigeration assembly

including mounting compressors and coils using overhead crane bending flaring cutting and

brazing copper refrigerant lines. Also inventory and order all welding consumables gases, tips,

wire, tungsten,etc
