President
• Built a fourplex housing project in Rocky Point Mexico with a total investment of $600K USD
• Created the investment opportunities from zero to final construction involving land acquisition, engineering design, and
permitting.
• Utilized masonry walls with concrete roofing coupled with the American comfort design such as A/C and water pressure.
• Designed the project structurally giving special attention to the foundation solution.
• Successfully coordinated all levels of its construction and organized investments, meetings, and supervision of on-site
construction allowing the project to be completed in a timely manner. The houses are 2400 SF each with covered car garages.
Punta Delfín; Rocky Point, Mexico 1/2008-8/2010
Developer
• As the main partner of this 800 AC master plan community, coordinated overall project, with a particular focus on acquiring the
ecological permits from the Mexican government that were necessary for land development.
• Oversaw the electrical, hydraulic, sanitary and telephone line planning.
• Responsible for management of a full range of communications between project players (including on and off-site company
meetings), interface with company employees on specific projects or global company goals, and constant staff support in technical
duties and potential mentoring in different technical areas.
• Monitoring of financing solutions by bringing in new clients and investors from all parts of the United States and Mexico.
Tri-Core Engineering; Scottsdale, AZ 6/2003-12/2007
Project Manager
• Participated in the design of roadway widening and reconstruction of almost 2 miles of Hayden Rd for the City of Scottsdale, Az
with special attention to the utilities redesign, water infrastructure and reconstruction.
• Coordinated a topographic survey to propose alignment alternatives for a water main replacement in the same project.
• Worked in the Pahrump Nevada master plan preparation that included land use, sewer, water, and traffic and flood control for a
400 square mile area.
• In charge of infrastructure analysis and master plan layouts analysis for "Loreto Bay" a 8,280 ac project in Baja California Mexico.
