Projects:
Adhoc communication protocol between Unmanned Vehicles
Masters Project
January 2013 to
May 2013
o Developed a prototype for the weather department to achieve efficient
communication between unmanned weather sensors
o Current research shows a rise in the number of Unmanned Vehicles deployed
to perform duties for a variety of applications such in the Military,
research and ocean surveys
o Performed an in depth analysis of these vehicles, their operation and
understood the necessity of a communication protocol between them
o Researched a variety of technologies that are prevalent and could be used
for successful communication
o Analyzed all technologies under various classifications and conditions
for designing various Adhoc networks to overcome currently seen
shortcomings
o Conducted extensive research on each technology, analyzing their
advantages, disadvantages and applications to suggest possible
combinations
Startup Company to provide voice, data and other services for small
business clients
ITERA National Conference
October 2011 to March 2012
o Created a profitable business model for a startup company providing
essential data and voice services at affordable prices for small
insurance agents and medical offices
o Presented a proposal to a potential group of investors, to invest up to
$250,000. The business was designed to provide easily scalable telecom
services to business clients
o We were able to utilize this amount for providing services and project
enough profit at the end of the first year and continue for five years
o Lead the team in designing and planning an effective proposal for
generating enough revenue while maintaining reliability and mitigating
risk
o Our team was well appreciated and awarded a trophy along with a cash
reward of $5000
Wireless Biometric Attendance System using ZigBee
Implementation of an IEEE paper

2010
o Led a team of 3, to design an inexpensive, user friendly time enforcement
system for university students adapting IEEE implementation of ZigBee
protocol
o Gathered system and technical requirements from various stakeholders
o Conducted exhaustive analysis and research of the IEEE 802.15.4 ZigBee
protocol to use with fingerprint system
o Performed various tests for a variety of audience and proved that our
design's security was unmatched
o Implemented the new time enforcement system on the university premises in
a cost effective manner which was well received by the head of our
department
