Assess patients, perform phlebotomy and complete lab draws orders, perform retinal eye can with Hubble Software, complete glaucoma screenings, administer vaccinations, compile medical record in CPS Centricity EHR, input, and update charts. Consult with PCP's as need concerning member needs. Phone patients concerning diagnostic results. Insure that HEDIS measures are completed. Schedule patients for preventative care diagnostic studies. Educate patients on disease processes. Maintain logs for entire clinic. Insure clinic is exceeds CMS guidelines at all times. Maintain spreadsheets, and update CCMS when measures are completed.
