SUMMARY:

For more than 35 years I have been employed as a Toolmaker, Die maker, Jig

& Fixture Builder and Machinist. I been operating almost all tool room

Equipment including jig bores, lathes, Bridgeport mills, horizontal mills,

and surface grinders. Been employed for more than 10 years in the Aircraft

and Automotive industries as a Toolmaker building precision test and

assembly jigs and fixtures. Proficient in the use of optical equipment such

as levels and transits. Have also worked as a die maker for at least 15

years, building dies for small articles such as earrings and medical

equipment, up to dies as large as the Ford Aerostar L.H. Side panel. Most

of my dies have been small to medium in size, cutting the usual materials

like C.R.S., brass, and S.S. Can design, troubleshoot, modify and repair

dies. Also have sheet metal, template, fabrication and welding experience.

Read and understand blueprints, precision measuring instruments and have my

own tools.
