MINI PROJECT:

“DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF PORTABLE SAFETY WHEEL”

Description: This is additional tool for two wheelers used in punctured condition. If the wheel is punctured

this tool is attached to the beneath of the wheel and run the vehicle with minimal speed. This is very simple

tool and easily carriable.

MAIN PROJECT:

“DESIGN OF GEAR UNIT ASSEMBLY IN TYRE CURING PRESS FOR OFF LINE TESTING ”

(Larsen & toubro Rubber processing machinery Ltd Kanchipuram)

Description: Our project is about design a movable gear unit assembly in tyre curing press.In Existing System,

Tyre Curing Press has a fixed Gear Unit Assembly coupled with Induction Motor. This movable gear unit

assembly used for testing purpose and which is to identify the exact problem of that machinery.

EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:

Won Second prize in “Quiz competition” in my college.

Participated many competitions in home town tournaments.

Helping children in their studies.
