2. Development and production of Tubular Gel VRLA batteries 12V 20Ah to 12V100Ah and 2V120Ah to 2V1250Ah for SPV, telecom and industrial deep cycle applications.
3. Development and Production of Tubular Low maintenance batteries (HR, PP-SFM and OPzS container) for SPV (Solar Photo Voltaic), and Industrial batteries from 2V80Ah to 2V2400Ah applications.
4. Development and Production of Inverter/ Solar Photo Voltaic (with thick Flat and Tubular plates) batteries from 12V40Ah to 12V200Ah
1. Efficiently worked towards wastage control, good quality production & 5’S activities by applying Lean manufacturing methods (5’Why analysis, 7QC tools, VA & NVA, TPM, SMED, Poka-Yoke, and 5S).

3. Performed the erection and commissioning of 5 MW TG set in Titaghar paper Mills(BILT), Orissa.
4. Performed NDT testing and die penetrate testing.
5. Performed manufacturing of Turbine parts like thrust bearings, thrust bearing pads, by turning, milling and Babbitt metal centrifugal casting.
