Receiving inspection of Raw material as per specification & purchase order and move

to next Process.

Ensuring in process inspection and monitoring critical character as per QCP through

statistical Process control Chart

First off / Last off inspection report prepare and recorded in maintain as per ISO

system.

Daily Collect rejection part and check and reported setup rejection and process

rejection and analyze through Parato chart and Cause and effective Diagram.

Implementing ISO 9001:2008 System and co ordinate with ISO consultant and get

certification acting a MR (Management Representative).

Prepare Quality control plan & process flow chart and get approved from customer

then display to quality station.

Maintain Record as per ISO Requirements and monitoring all Inspection Activities.

Quality sample good / bad implemented in final inspection quality station.

as per customer Specification, TEMA and Approved Drawing and QCP/ITP.

Ensuring Forming of Dish end and cone checked at their end Checked and approved

to meet as per Drawing and QCP.

Dimensional Inspection of Tube sheet, Support plate & Tube bundle / skeleton

assembly internally inspected and then offered to TPIA ( Third party inspection

agency).

Co ordinate client Representative & TPI Surveyors for stage and Final inspection

activities.

Before PWHT and after PWHT hardness inspection carried out Weld metal, Heat

affected zone & Parent metal and witnessed to TPI as per QCP .

Witnessed and co ordinate to TPI Ferrite number and Positive material Identification

of alloy material, weld overlay& cladding Material and report maintained and

approval get from TPIA.

Witnessed of Final dimension, pneumatic Test and Hydrostatic Test of final

Equipment as per approved QCP.

Verifying calibration status of Measuring Device and Test equipments.

Ensure Full fillment of all inspection activities and Test requirement at all stages as

per ITP /QCP and client Requirements .and submit the dossier to client and TPI.

MDR Preparation and get Approval from TPIA as well as Inspection release note

prepare and get approval From TPIA and Clients to dispatch the equipments.
