experience in drafting and construction; single family and

multi-family, planned developments and commercial. A strong art

background is reflected in my drafting and design.

Established in Drafting Room support including site lay-outs

involving smaller scaled drawings, engineered foundations, floor

plans, exterior elevations and interior elevations, sections thru at

larger scale and electrical plans. Documentation with regards to

specifications for materials and building codes and all required to

obtain a Building Permit through all agencies. All printing of all

types and machines.

Computer skilled with AutoCAD 2000 through 2007, Revit and 3D

building characteristics. Also hand drafting techniques. Established

in Microsoft Office Suite (recently completed a 16 week semester)

using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Email, also telephone,

appointment scheduling, and client communication. Proficient in all

documentation/record maintenance/paperwork to ensure accuracy and

client confidentiality.
