ACADEMIC PROJECT:

1.Title: Micro-controller based Automatic voltage stabilizer.

Description: The main function of stabilizer is to supply the constant voltage

profile to the load. Actually the supply voltage is given to the

transformer primary side and secondary side is given to the load. When

there is change in supply voltage on the primary side then secondary side

tappings will be changed to give the same supply to the load as before.

These tappings will be changed automatically by means of Micro

controller.

2.Title: Effects of numerical oscillations in switching of power transformer

connected to power network.

Description: Write a program for transformer model and run the programme

and then observing the voltage and current waveforms. And again a

programme is written for a transformer connected to overhead line and

this programme is also run and observe the B-H curve, voltage and curret

waveforms. These two programmes run on Matlab software. Finally the

existence of transients are observed and their effects are studied.
