* Planning & scheduling of short term & long term maintenance; preventive,

turnaround shutdown, outage, equipment overhauling, projects,

modification and refurbishment. Maintain liaison within external

resources and equipment rental & internal resource, maintenance, safety

and operation representatives for any possible interface constraint with

in the plan schedule & any other project, departmental, functional, or

operational activity.

* Manage & Liaises with internal & external resources such as

location of work. Maintain and develop progress S-Curve of the plan

schedule, analyze and adjusts plans and schedules to maximize efficiency

and discusses/resolves deviation of actual time from scheduled time.

* Conduct meeting with the operations and maintenance group with safety &

contractors representative to discuss and review the plan schedule, WBS,

timings, priority, and identify critical path which is high risk & cause

production loss, discuss the job safety analysis or risk safety

assessment of the job prior to release & execute the plan schedule.

* Coordinate, supervise & monitors status of work schedule personnel

assigned to complete the planned, turn around shutdown, line preventive

maintenance shutdown, overhauling and emergency shutdown and prepares

records; hours and material used for every Work Order for cost purposes &

to ensure work activities, schedules and timing are effectively

understood and maintained.

* Supervise project schedule and contractor status to ensure completion

supports of the master schedule plans are realistic and achievable.

Verify progress and performance against plan, identify areas of potential

schedule overrun requiring corrective action, and forecast.

> Ammonia Refrigeration system, HVAC system and its auxiliaries:

Ammonia Refrigeration Package Chillers (Ammonia and Propylene

A wholly owned subsidiary of San Miguel Corporation involved in design,

construction, pre-commissioning & commissioning and pre-operation of Multi-

Product Plant Facilities producing bottled PET carbonated soft drinks,

water and beer. It has finished the Plant in Cebu and expanding in

Pampanga, Davao and also in Asia like Indonesia, Thailand, China and

Vietnam.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the supervision of General Piping Installation and

Commissioning (includes insulation and cladding of High temp. and Low

temperature lines). Conducts Onsite inspection of the plan if it conforms

to the design criteria as per suggested by Good Manufacturing Practice.

Coordinate between Project Manager and Third Party Group of the Design

and as built plans, issues Field Order whenever necessary. Maintain and

execute job punch list, On the Spot Plan modification and Produces

Progress report. Involves in start-up and operation until turned over

from Project Management to Operations Group.

* Review project specification for piping installation and testing,

procedure for inspection for completeness and testing of piping systems,

design instructions and vendor/supplier information. Reviews/approves

test package for completeness of content and for latest revision of

documents used. Review the P & ID in conjunction with the piping

specification to verify pressure test package limits, line checking to

confirm isometric requirements and initiates action from construction

section of deficiency punch list .Prepares sketches/revises

construction drawing to reflects " AS BUILT " condition for preparation

of line checking/punch listing through isometric drawing or P&ID.

* Work as a team with all parties involved to Commission Utilities

Equipment such as air compressors (screw, impeller and reciprocating

type), HVAC system and refrigeration systems (ammonia and glycol), Boiler

and steam and condensate return system, CO2 storage and supply, Cold room

storage, Beverage Preparation System, Rinsing, Filling and Capping System

and Fire Protection System. Operate and Maintain Utilities Equipment

until project is turned over to Operations.
