* Planning & scheduling of short term & long term maintenance; preventive,
turnaround shutdown, outage, equipment overhauling, projects,
modification and refurbishment. Maintain liaison within external
resources and equipment rental & internal resource, maintenance, safety
and operation representatives for any possible interface constraint with
in the plan schedule & any other project, departmental, functional, or
operational activity.
* Manage & Liaises with internal & external resources such as

construction, pre-commissioning & commissioning and pre-operation of Multi-
Product Plant Facilities producing bottled PET carbonated soft drinks,
water and beer. It has finished the Plant in Cebu and expanding in
Pampanga, Davao and also in Asia like Indonesia, Thailand, China and
Vietnam.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the supervision of General Piping Installation and
Commissioning (includes insulation and cladding of High temp. and Low
temperature lines). Conducts Onsite inspection of the plan if it conforms
to the design criteria as per suggested by Good Manufacturing Practice.
Coordinate between Project Manager and Third Party Group of the Design
and as built plans, issues Field Order whenever necessary. Maintain and
execute job punch list, On the Spot Plan modification and Produces
Progress report. Involves in start-up and operation until turned over
from Project Management to Operations Group.
* Review project specification for piping installation and testing,
procedure for inspection for completeness and testing of piping systems,
design instructions and vendor/supplier information. Reviews/approves
test package for completeness of content and for latest revision of
documents used. Review the P & ID in conjunction with the piping
specification to verify pressure test package limits, line checking to
confirm isometric requirements and initiates action from construction
section of deficiency punch list .Prepares sketches/revises
construction drawing to reflects " AS BUILT " condition for preparation
of line checking/punch listing through isometric drawing or P&ID.
* Work as a team with all parties involved to Commission Utilities
Equipment such as air compressors (screw, impeller and reciprocating
type), HVAC system and refrigeration systems (ammonia and glycol), Boiler
and steam and condensate return system, CO2 storage and supply, Cold room
storage, Beverage Preparation System, Rinsing, Filling and Capping System
and Fire Protection System. Operate and Maintain Utilities Equipment
until project is turned over to Operations.
