Currently I am part of electrical team of SUJIT ROY CHOUDHURY & CO. as a

project site Engineer,in Ash Handling Plant, G.S.E.C.L, UKAI Site, GUJRAT.

Earlier I was working in Times as a Teacher.

I got training of various Electrical & instrumentation Equipments such as Conver

Hoist, bottom ash, SILO, Compressors, GEHO pumps, Different types of Pump

Motors, E.S.P. and various Protection devices.

Acquired excellent Knowledge in electrical machines and Mathematics.

12 PROJECT SITE ENGINEER:

EMPLOYER : SUJIT ROY CHOUDHURY & CO. is an Electrical construction

company.It has successfully completed several electrical projects in MATERIAL

HANDLING PLANT & AND COAL HANDLING PLANT & ASH HANDLING PLANT, at

various locations such as, TISCO(TATA GROUP), ELECON(BELLARY & NTPC

DADRI SITE), T.P.S UKAI and many more.

DURATION: Currently employed.

RESPOISIBILITIES: I am working as ' Project Site Engineer ' in Elect. department,

associated with Project Engineering work & responsible for testing and commissioning of

various Electrical machines such as Crusher, Conveyor, Bottom ash, Fly Ash Silo,

Intermediate Silo, E.S.P(Working on the basis of AHP(Ash Handling Plant)-

Under that,MCC work(motor control centre), Testing of H.T and L.T

M CC ( insulation r esistance test, contact resistance test,P.T test,high

potential test,circuit breaker test,relay testing ) Silo loading and

u nloading panels,Transformer Testing, Tray work, cabling work.

J unction box,limit switch,master switch,slave switch .Module

test,Controlling of LT and HT MCC. ) Compressors, GEHO Pumps, Different

Types of Pumps etc. which involves engineering work as listed below:

13 Successfully handling different electrical and instrumentation equipments like

Conveyors, Hoist, Lighting etc.

14 Looking after cables of different cores till its termination alongwith the

erection, testing and commissioning of the equipments concerned.

15 Vendor bill reconciliation and ensuring timely payment of the vendor to keep

operation smooth.

16 Providing different technical assistance to the technicians and providing

required support as and when basis.

17 Arranging regular technical sessions for the field staff and also giving

assistance to the trainer whenever required and timely collection and

submission of the vendor bills and ensuring the smooth operation.

Description: :

I have done this project in “HINDUSTAN AERONAUTICS LIMITED (HAL)”

In electrical maintenance (Bangalore) in this PROJECT a single phase automatic power

factor correction system is designed And tested. wye-connected thyristor switched

capacitor bank to generate controllable static VAR.

By increasing the power factor we reduced the electric bill…..
