TeliaSonera Operator in Sweden launched LTE with 184 eNBs. Supported Second

level troubleshooting for 3 months

1.1 Onsite troubleshooting, commissioning and card replacement in all eNBs

1.2 Given support to customer (TeliaSonera) by troubleshooting and solving

all kind of faults in eNBs remotely, commissioning, software upgradation

1.1 Remote and Local BTS SW upgraded which resolved so many performance KPI

issue (Low CSSR, High DCR and call Drops).
