• My initial position was a saw man operator, line set-up, operation, cleaning. I would set up the machine for different type and sizes of tubes we had to cut, and inspect the after-product to assure it was with-in customer specifications.

• During this time learned to set-up, operate, and tend paper goods machines that program a variety of functions such as conveying, sawing, corrugation, banning, wrapping, boxing stitching, forming, and sealing paper on paperboard sheets to the production.

• I ran the Active, Core tech, and Paco machines that cuts and produce a variety of physical requirement to the different types of tubes at the various processing stations we examine completed work to detect and verify conformance to the work orders, and adjust machinery as necessary to contest production problems

• I started as a cloth loader that is a person who loads clothe and unloads for women that works in Inspection Department Prepare the machines with clothe for the operators to run there machine and when the clothes is finished move the racks and get another one for them to run thought inspection.

• I would prepare the machines prior to production and make adjustment to the machines during production.

• Then I went to the Sueder department I set-up operate, or tend machine that cut textiles. Inspect, operate, and test completed products to verify functioning machine capabilities, of conformance to customer specifications, Different types of machines are used in these processes like the sueder, laffer, and the napper all of which offer a different required characteristic to the end product.

• Then I went to Maintenance Department as PM mechanic where I was responsible for cleaning and lubricating for the machinery.

• Performing basic diagnostic tests, adjust the timing device assembler, and calibrate, checking performance and testing for damaged machine components, etc. to determine whether minor or major repairs were needed.

• I troubleshoot and other skills associated with the work in the industrial textile industry.
