Lead the team for annual overhauling of boiler#2(285 TPH) and successful

completion and recommissioning within target date.(2 nd may 2010 to 15th may

2010)

Successfully co ordinated boiler interlock testing during the annual

overhauling of Boiler#2 for the year 2009,2010,2011.

Leading the Desk Engineers through out the shift, Maintaining maximum PLF

by optimum Boiler turbine operation and making optimum utilization of

associated manpower.

Ensured smooth co ordination with plant Planning dept. and other

Maintenance departments for equipment maintenance and scheduling.

(presently through SAP module)

Planning and execution of shutdowns and plant modification jobs, maintaining

equipment history & preparation of Management Information Reports.

Issuance of day to day work permit system for routine as well as Break down

jobs ensuring and maintaining highest standard of safety and creating a safe

Team leader for continual improvement project “OPTIMISATION OF
