Handling around 12 branch in west 3 with insurance executive and all sangli 85000 field staffs of PACL LTD Group also I handle 5 Life & General Insurance Company Business ( Max New York/Future Generali India Life Insurance & Birla Sun life Insurance icici Lombard Other )(consultants or advisors) as well as Administration Part & Business development & Training field staffs .

Responsibilities:-

• Have over 4 years 5 month of experience and the capacity to adopt new concepts with due responsibilities

• Monitor all aspects of branch operations

• Responsible for achievement of daily, weekly and monthly sales targets for the store

• Have experienced in developing and directing individual as well as associate staffs

• Have adequate knowledge regarding the relation with retail sales and service operations with the essence of marketing and sales support

• Ensure that the field staff is well trained on soft skills, selling skills, product knowledge.
