Provides tailored customer support, maintains customer data and responds to customer
inquiries.
Reviews backorder status reports on a daily basis and takes appropriate action to escalate
those not meeting customer requirements.
Receives and processes order cancellations, provides status updates and modifications,
follows-up on customer receipt and maintains customer data.
Monitors cross-agency sources of supply to ensure assets are available for issue when
required and executes lateral support transactions to alleviate work-stop inducing
backorders.
Reviews performance metrics and takes action to improve processes when performance falls
below goal.
Serves as single point of contact for all mission capable (MICAP) requirements, backorder
management and the awaiting parts program (AWP).
Receive and process supply requisitions/sales orders and order cancellations
Provide status to the customer regarding routine issues such as status of local purchase and
local manufacture actions, supply requisitions/sales orders, or availability of material
Review backorder status reports and take appropriate action to escalate fulfillment actions
not meeting customer requirements. Receive, store, issue a wide variety of supplies. Utilizes
issue documents to select materials for shipment. Verify stock number, nomenclature,
quantity, etc. Transfer stock to prescribed locations. Tally, check, clear and run reports to
ensure all receipts are stowed/ shipped.
Prepares all surplus purchase orders based on negotiated price and quantity; general
inventory available on the market, projects & affiliates for the Air Force customers served

and processes receipt invoices (DD Form 1348-6)
Coordinate with DLA Managers and Air Force customers on items returned to Warehouse
for repair, reissue, or restocking.
Reviews and updates corresponding condition codes such as A, E, F, L, etc with appropriate
condition status once received equipment has been reviewed by Warehouse
Provides inventory system troubleshooting by running reports using various systems such as
Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE), and Department of Defense Electronic Mall
(EMALL) to multiple locations/shops
Act as liaison between Supply Sustainment Managers, Air Force customers, and field
warehouses
Ensures and verify all purchases, item levels and discrepancies are properly recorded
Handle all inventory audits
Requirements Determination - Plan for and determine current and future supply
requirements to meet customer needs
Material Distribution - Plan and determine the distribution and positioning of
supplies among major supply stations, stock points, or using activities;
Procurement Authorization - Prepare recommendations and directives for the

and resolving problems.
Review and analyze operational reports and plans, work schedules, planned
requirements, and other data to determine and advise on compatibility of planned
support programs.

liaison with inventory managers, contractors or vendors, and planning organizations
to schedule or advise as to timing of procurement, delivery, or emergency
