Description: 188 is a new building that includes all C.S.I. divisions, 5000 sq. meters (53,819 sq. ft.) of

warehouse, 12m (39.37ft.) high ceiling, and two-story bomb shelter, which will be used as office space. The

warehouse serves as storage for classified inventory.

189 is a new building that includes all C.S.I. divisions, 2,000 sq. meters (25,500 sq. ft.) of warehouse, and 12m

(39.37ft.) high ceiling. The warehouse serves as storage for classified inventory.

181 is a new building with two stories, 1,600 sq. meters (17,222 sq. ft.), all C.S.I. divisions, and dining area on

top of the existing cafeteria. This included the demolition of some existing buildings, foundation reinforcement

to hold the addition of floors, and strengthening the structure for Earthquakes.

Description: 103,104,109, and114 are clean rooms intended for manufacturing and R&D for a total of 620

sq. meters (6,674 sq. ft.). From (100) ISO 2, (1,000) ISO 3, and (10,000) ISO 4, the construction consisted

of demolition of interior old labs (with asbestos envelope) and offices, and the constructing of clean room

as a turnkey project.

2) Owner : Private manufacturing companies

Description: For MCL, Galtronics, and Grafopack built clean rooms for micro processing and

pharmaceutical manufacturing for a total of 1,300 sq. meters (13,994 sq. ft.).

From (1,000) ISO 3, (10,000) ISO 4, and (100,000) ISO 5, the construction consisted of interior old offices

demolition, warehouse, and constructing clean rooms as turnkey projects.

Project’s Size: $120M for the construction of main and lee ocean breakers for a total of 1,200 meters long.

Project’s Duration: 15 months.

Owner: Israeli Defense Forces – NAVY.

Contract Type: Lump-sum.

Description: Ocean breaker creates a safe environment area in the ocean for sea ports and marinas. This was a

fast turn-around project due to the NAVY’s needs (top secret navel requirement). The project consisted of

delivering tens of thousands of tons of materials a day (boulders ranging from 0.5 tons to 6 tons), and placing

them per the GPS coordinates and with the help of divers according to size and location.

Turner Construction

Dates: 2007 -2008

Project’s Size: $150M for the expansion of terminals 4 and 2 for new automated baggage systems for the TSA.

Project’s Duration: 24 months.

Owner: City of Phoenix – Sky Harbor International Airport.

Contract Type: Design-build

Description: After 9/11, the TSA required all passenger luggage to be scanned for explosives and firearms.

This in turn created massive operational changes and the need for automated luggage check system. The project

was to install thousands of feet of conveyors and scanners, transferring all bags from the front desk to the

airplane. After level 1 scanning, if a bag was suspected, then it was moved automatically to the explosive room

for re-scanning .After clearing the bag, it was automatically directed to the designated airplane.

All of this was built underground inside congested mechanical, electrical and other systems areas while the

airport was operating 24/7.
