I supervise the State of SC and parts of GA. I acquire new commercial accounts. I handle all service issues

with our customers. We service companies with our environmental air filtration system that involves the

monthly changing of 5-75 individual filters each month at any 150 plus locations. Each account entails that

the filters must be prepped, inventoried, changed out and billed. I coordinate employees to insure this is done

correctly, as well as handling problems and maintaining relationships with existing accounts. It is a very

detailed, fluid, multi-tasking position with a lot of travel.

and evaluate site work needed to start construction. Assist with determining options/colors. Order the home and

schedule the contractors for the actual site construction. Responsible for all the specifications and construction of the

house both while it is under construction in the factory and also on the site. Coordinate the plans received from the

engineer which including reading blueprints of foundation and schematic drawings of electrical, plumbing and HVAC

to verify they are correct. Then put all pertinent forms, permit requests and plans together to submit them to the

city/county for building permits. Coordinate all the sub contractors work needed as well as materials. Oversee and

arrange inspections at all levels of construction. Arrange and coordinate the financing, secure construction loan,

oversee draws and finalize the mortgage for the house. Also update, install, and supervise our Company computers

and software in addition to supervise our website as well as maintaining the internet leads. Design brochures, videos

and photographs of homes built and under construction.
