Prepare B.B.S. and Calculate quantity as per available Drawing or as per B.O.Q.

Check layout with the help of available coordinates.

Supervision of site and check Reinforcement, shuttering (ALUFO, DOKA, QWICK DECK) etc. as per drawing.

Good knowledge of finishing works like dry wall & Wet Flooring, cladding, dado (Tile, Kota, granite, wooden flooring etc.), P.O.P(Gyproc N1 plaster), dry-wall partition (gypsum-board, Moisture Resistance board, fire-Resistance board) wooden work (Door,Window, furniture) false ceiling (duraline board, Veneer, metal, Tile etc) white-wash etc….

TO check/prepare bill submit by contractor.

Maintaining of QA and QC.

On each working level.

Billing work.

Trigger achieved time to time.

Co-ordinate with contractor and architect etc.

Pilling work (cast in situ and pre-cast pile).
