. Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering in the year 2004 in Government

Polytechnic, Bellary, Karnataka.

PRESENT EXPERIENCE:

. Presently working in KALYANI CARPENTER SPECIAL STEELS LIMITED since

June 2010 as a Senior Engineer for ELECTRIC ARC FURNCE(EAF) in steel

melt shop .

JOB PROFILE:

> Able to process all types of Grades like, Cold rolling, alloy steel,

Carbon and alloy steel, Bearing steel, Drawing, Medium carbon,

Structural, Petroleum. Etc.

> Able to maintain the slag Feo below 25% in EAF.

> Co-ordination with workers and sub-ordinates in operating furnace to

Produce highly standard quality steel.

> Observes melting operations and instruments to maintain Specified

temperatures of furnace.

> Follows safety procedures and departmental procedure, to ensure the

safety of working area.

> Able to maintain the slag Feo+Mno below 1.5%

> Able to achieve superheat (15 to 25(C) up to 90%.

> Thrive on working in a challenging environment.
