contracts. We had three shifts working around the clock in Operations as Material
handlers, Machine Operators, PME Operators, and Maintenance support.

Job description: Resident site contractor for 3 separate sites, and Sub-contract
Manager. As Contract Manager I was responsible for all aspects of Human Resources,
Project, and Maintenance work, as well as managing all outside contractors. Duties
include Customer service, Safety/OSHA enforcement, Quality control, productivity
audits, training, managing our cost center, estimating, and scheduling, planning,
human resources for Mundy employees, and customer satisfaction. The duties for
managing outside Contractors included, pre-qualifying and submitting contracts for
specialized contractors, site orientation, safety audits, and incident investigations.
Contract Manager over three Celanese sites, Ticona, DRP, and Celriver, in two states
to insure resource sharing between sites. At the Celriver site I managed six contracts
that included Celanese Acetate, Ticona, Cinergy Solutions, MMO & MMSO,
Clearwater Loaders, and the Carrier Corporation.

was over for Planning, Scheduling, Auditing, Coordinating Vendors, and Outside
Contractors for new Construction Projects, Maintenance, Warehousing, and Shipping,
for two separate Chemical Plants. I supervised six Foremen, consisting of
approximately fifty-five employees. I was also the backup Site Manager.

& Root, did not receive the new Maintenance contract. The Mundy Company obtained
the contract, and I transitioned to The Mundy Company as General Foreman, with the
added duties of overseeing Projects and Maintenance for both facilities.
