Leading Mechanical contractor in the Chicago land Market.
Responsible for the Controllership function for a 50 million dollar division of Reedy Industries. This division was in the
Mechanical Contracting and Distribution business. Responsibilities included management of a 50 million annual
business with a team of 6, accounting staff. Issued monthly financial statements, issued management reports, multi-
state sales tax filings (33), and oversaw credit and collections. Worked with the General Managers to analyze
operations and developed improvements which led to increased profits of 10% with only a 3% increase in the annual
growth of the group. Developed annual budgets, and was single point of contact with outside accountant and auditors.
• Reduced 3.2 million inventory cost by $1.6 million dollars by developing an inventory control system to track
stock on service technician’s truck.
• Eliminated over $600,000 of annual software costs and created annual savings of $300,000 of reduced
operating expenses by overseeing the implementation of a new CRM system for the Reedy Companies
service’s business.
