Monitored financial status for up to 18 projects, including cash flow and
cost reporting. Wrote ad-hoc reports in Excel and COGNOS. Lost position
due to company downsizing.

natural gas pipeline from New Jersey to Manhattan for Con Ed. Worked
refining cash flow, synching with project schedule. Set up change order
log, helped write changes to match budget to estimates. Ad hoc reporting as

Second project at Astoria Power Expansion in Queens, NY. Responsible for
cost reporting and change management for $71 million underground phase of
project. Heavy report writing. Utilize Timberline program. Wrote change
requests, change orders, Purchase Orders and subcontracts. Successfully
closed out project. Laid off due to lack of ongoing project work.

Alliance Development Project. Prepared loan draws and loan derivative swap

and FCMs. Manage clerical staff for payroll functions, cost reporting and
contact changes. Responsible for insurance and bonding status of all
subcontractors, monthly AIA billings and subcontract administration.
Manage all site IT and communications functions. Finished project then
joined Tishman Speyer.
