Job Responsibility (HR)

Recruitment & Joining Formalities

• Manage & Co ordinate for Recruitment with all Departmental Heads (All Over India

which involves Industrial, Infrastructure and Real Estate Divs.) and carrying out all

recruitment process in “TalentPool”

• Draft JD’s for various positions.

• Sourcing resumes from portals for various positions

• Short listing CV’s relevant to the open position

• Maintaining a systematic and comprehensive database of all candidates

• Conduct telephonic interviews

• Conduct Referral checks.

• Prepare offer letters/appointment letters for new hires.

• Maintain Personal files for New Joiners and maintain files for existing employees.

• Complete joining formalities and carry out the Induction process for all new joiners and

also take care of Exit formalities

Training & Development

• Analyze Training needs through Performance Appraisals, Direct

Interaction & Meetings etc.

• To prepare the Training Programs / Training calendar based on both the

organizations and the individual's needs.

• To deliver the Training Programs

• Effectiveness of Training Needs to ensure that training requirements are met both the

organization’s and the individual's need

• Update of Training sessions conducted through online

• Implement Quality Circle (Kaizen) in Real Estate sector as well as in all Industrial Projects of

Southern Region successfully

Performance Appraisal & Confirmation

• Conduct performance appraisals cycle through online “Rohan Enhance”

• Prepare appraisal letters and roll out the payout in co ordination with Senior Management

• Linking employees competency with performance and training, linking training feedback with

performance of employee

• Ensuring that Probation Confirmation Appraisals are carried on as per schedule.

• Issue of confirmation letters

Leave Management & MIS Database

• Generating attendance & leave data for payroll processing.

• Clarifying employees about their leave availability.

• Prepare & Update employees Master Data.

Employee Welfare

& Exit Management

• Initiating various welfare measures like picnic, get together for the employees.

• Handling Employee Grievances as per situation.

• Arrange for Birthday Celebrations.

• Managing Full and final settlement process (Issue relieving, Experience letters etc.)

• Organizing Farewells for Retiring & Leaving Associates

• Organizing Festivals for Celebrations.

General Administration Management:

Housekeeping: Maintain office environment neat & clean, solve issues related to housekeeping.

Pantry Services: Maintain the facility for employees in respect of Tea/Coffee, Lunch and creating stress

free atmosphere in the cafeteria.

Repair & Maintenance: Taking care of Repair/ maintenance of office equipments and office premises.

Records Updating: Operated and controlled Inventory, Maintenance of various records and Technical

Equipments Log Books & keeping record of basic needs like stationery, ID cards Housekeeping materials and

updating the documents as per ISO.

Stationary and Printing: Ensure and meet the supply of requirement of stationary and printing of all the

Depts.

A.M.C of assets: Maintain assets through Annual Maintenance Contract by reputed and authorized service

provider.

Guest House Management :

• Handling guest house facilities in respect of housekeeping, security, food, and customer’s satisfaction.

Communication

• Issue Mobile and connection according to the policy of the company.

• Final checking of the mobile bills of all the employees, approve and send for payment to Accounts

department.

2. Worked for Adarsh Developers as Secretary to CMD from Jan’ 05 to Nov’ 08

Responsibilities

• In charge of MDs Office Secretariat, including handling all confidential matters
