Content Management Product

Project Description: A content management enterprise tablet application built on iOS and Android

platform, targeted to help sales representatives manage content required for client presentations. The

web portal was developed on Flex to upload and configure the content on the server.

Role and Responsibilities:

Managed and mentored a team of 10 resources

Created architecture diagrams and documented the requirements

Designed a scalable database for the entire application

Managed discussions with clients to customize the app

Investigated feasibility of integration with Spotfire for a particular client

Developed the web portal for the application on Flex and integrated Dropbox with the product.

Mobile Application for local commuters

Project Description: A consumer mobile application built for iOS and Android devices to provide

information on routes, timings with internal social network between co-commuters to share their

travel experiences. The administrative activities are supported on a web portal developed in DotNet.

Role and Responsibilities: -

Developed and deployed the web portal and web services for the application

Integrated SendGrid, an SMTP provider, in the project.

Handled all change requests from client in the second phase of the project

Workforce Management Project

Project Description: A personnel management tool targeting organizations in the hospitality industry.

Application had the following modules: Scheduler module (manages all the schedules for the

workforce), document manager module (stores all the shared documents), administrator module

(provides features used by the Administrator to maintain the site and user information) and Daily Log

module (maintains all the logs entered by the users).

Role and Responsibilities:

Designed and developed Daily Log module.

Implemented a feature to export hierarchical data to MS-Excel/PDF files using RadControls

(provided by Telerik).

Preparation of test case document.

Construction Services Company

Project Description: A web portal developed on SharePoint 2010 designed to manage approvals for the

contracts received by the client. The approval process was defined by a workflow designed in

SharePoint.

Role and Responsibilities:

Created and deployed a web part to serve as a Dashboard.

Restored the project to a new development server.

Software Service Company

Project Description: A web application build on DotNet for the operations team of the client to manage

their accounts payable data.

Role and Responsibilities:

Involved in development, implementation and maintenance of business requirements of customers.

Setup windows services to establish communication between client and server application.

Led a couple of junior developers in development of second phase of the project which includes

automation of reading data from invoices using DOKuStar.

Multinational Oil Company

Project Description: This web application is used by operations team of the client to manage their

procurement data. The project was developed on an operations enhancement product built using a

third party workflow tool.

Role and Responsibilities:

Independently designed, developed and deployed dashboards using amCharts.

Received an award for contributing towards bringing the open issue list in the project to zero.

ACHIEVEMENTS

Recipient of the 48th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress Prize for the best project in the field of

Biotechnology at National Level.

Recipient of SPOT award at Infosys for contributing towards bringing the open issue list in one of the

projects to zero.

POSITIONS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Created presentations on DotNet as a part of Knowledge Center initiative to provide training for

new recruits at Endeavour Software Technologies.

Co-Initiated the formation of a ‘Fun Committee’ in our unit in Infosys and conducted team building

and recreational activities once every month on the floor for about 100 people.
