Perform all duties associated with repairing and maintaining ATT’s high speed

Ethernet and high bandwidth network. Interface with internal/external customers

as part of daily duties. Communicate with all departments concerning the repair

of high speed service including Design, Construction & Engineering, Dispatch

Coordination, Field Special Services, Transport, Service Ordering, and Project

management. Escalate for ticket resolution to help improve company MTTR up

to the Area Manager level. Coordinate and participate in customer and vendor

conference bridges regularly.

Trained on high speed services including DS1, DS3, Optical, and Ethernet. Worked

proficiently on Alcatel,Fujitsu,Titan 5500, Flashwave, Cisco, Ciena, Junipers,

Sonet,Lucent Technologies, Litespan, Adtran,Westell, Nortell, Opti 6100, and

all AT&T Ethernet equipment. Also proficient with JDSU Test Sets.

Utilized in the center as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Ethernet, Optical and

alongs to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
