Ethernet and high bandwidth network. Interface with internal/external customers
as part of daily duties. Communicate with all departments concerning the repair
of high speed service including Design, Construction & Engineering, Dispatch
Coordination, Field Special Services, Transport, Service Ordering, and Project
management. Escalate for ticket resolution to help improve company MTTR up
to the Area Manager level. Coordinate and participate in customer and vendor
conference bridges regularly.
Trained on high speed services including DS1, DS3, Optical, and Ethernet. Worked
proficiently on Alcatel,Fujitsu,Titan 5500, Flashwave, Cisco, Ciena, Junipers,
