Actively orchestrate the P&W SAEC production schedule by coordinating activities with multiple in country LPM's

and on site Operation's Manager. Proven overhaul and manufacturing experience with responsibilities to include

analyzing data, creating work instruction documentation, creating/maintaining a skyline and production forecast

report in order to connect management and production staff, interact and host conference calls with LPM's, as well

as supervising a material support team (10 employees) to ensure on time delivery of all modules, while controlling

material/inventory replenishment. Implemented lean logistics by creating flow throughout all material movements

within the material support team to ensure robust sourcing, cycle counting, shipping, receiving and kitting to ensure

'just in time' delivery and control of inventory.

Competitive Excellence Pilot January 2004 to March 2010

Reported directly to the Quality Manager. Responsibilities included leading efforts to reach Site ACE GOLD by

implementing and leading extensive Kaizen and Continuous Improvement events that would eventually take the

company through stages of Qualifying, Bronze, Silver and Gold. Led and Co-led over 40 Continuous Improvement

events including 6S, 3P, Value Stream Mapping, TPM, Lean Manufacturing and Standard Work.

Production Buyer/Planner August 2001 to January 2004

Pratt & Whitney, East Hartford San Antonio, TX

Responsibilities included negotiating contracts, asset management, identifying and soliciting bids and sourcing

external repair vendors, prepping bid analyses, preparing RFQ’s, working with local engineering team to ensure

qualifications were approved prior to sourcing, coordinating first article requirements from new vendors through our

Quality department, forecasting repair orders, creating and submitting purchase orders for critical material through

SPARES team to ensure JIT ‘just in time’ delivery of material, maintain/update pricing conditions.

Material Expediter June 1996 to February 2000

Department of Defense San Antonio, TX Arranged deliveries, assemblies and distribution of supplies and

material between the warehouse and multiple cells. Responsible for receiving, storing and delivering of requested
