. In my position at Nicholson Construction, I was responsible
for the control and replenishment of parts and supplies for
four repair facilities and pertinent personnel across the
United States and Puerto Rico as well as providing support
for external jobsites. To achieve these ends, it was my
responsibility to seek out vendor partners, negotiate
mutually advantageous terms of purchase and delivery, and to
ensure timely delivery and accuracy of all required items.
Further, I was also responsible for performing the import and
export of equipment and consumable supplies worldwide,
maintaining all required documentation and tracking
information. In addition to these basic responsibilities, my
role expanded to include research and report upon new
technologies and procedures to improve workflow and to devise
a simpler and more efficient methodology throughout the
organization. To that end, I was requested to expand my
findings and procedures to aid in improving the performance

. During my time at Drilling Techniques Limited, it was my
responsibility to maintain an appropriate inventory to
facilitate the manufacture and maintenance of grouting
mixers and other geotechnical equipment for both sale and
rental. In addition to maintaining the correct levels of
basic ready-made parts and components, I was responsible for
the procurement of custom parts through fabrication shops.
In the performance of this task, it was my responsibility to
ensure that the vendor was provided with current and accurate
drawings and that the end product met the specified
tolerances and material requirements. I was also the point
of contact for repair parts, imports and exports, shipping of
parts and equipment, and for basic customer service.

Inventory Control Manager
( While at Pittsburgh Transportation, I was responsible
for the creation and maintenance of an
effective inventory replenishment to maintain a
fleet of approximately 500 vehicles of varying makes and models. To
that end, I would negotiate pricing and delivery through
vendor partners to ensure timely and accurate order
fulfillment. I also implemented a basic
computerized inventory to eliminate the paper records used at that
time. Other assigned duties included scheduling repairs and
overseeing the mechanics and body shop staff and
performing state emission and safety
inspections.
