candy, flowers, gumpaste flowers and more. Cake decorating, fundamentals of

Prepared various desserts for residents and puree
for residents as needed. Plate
presentation and served main dishes, salads,
desserts for residents in dining hall and for
tray line. Helped cook serve food and served
desserts for hall event functions. Prepared and
made pies, cookies, cakes, breads, salads, pastas,
jello, puddings for regular and diet
needs and salad dressings. Checked in produce and
dry goods; when shipment comes in and
stocked produce into bins. Helped clean dining hall
tables and recover tables with clean
linens, helped out other Dietitians with their jobs
even needed. Washed dishes and pots,
clean restroom, wipe and clean work station at all
