with buttercream, fondant, and whip icings. I know how to make candy

figures out of fondant. I know how to make roses, borders, basketweave,

candy, flowers, gumpaste flowers and more. Cake decorating, fundamentals of

baking, plate presentation, food and beverage cost control, nutritional
